Pastry rolls with nuts and honey

Ingredientes

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry

  • Various nuts (almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, etc.)

  • Melisterra honeycomb

  • Beaten egg

Preparación

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into small rectangles.

  • In the center of each rectangle, place a tablespoon of various nuts and a small piece of Melisterra honeycomb.

  • Roll each rectangle of puff pastry, forming rolls. Place the rolls on the baking sheet and brush with beaten egg to give them a golden and shiny finish.

  • Bake the rolls for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
