1 rectangular puff pastry sheet

2 apples

50 g peach or strawberry jam

30-50g Melisterra honeycomb slices
Preparación

Roll out the dough and cut it into two approximately 20 cm long rectangles.

Place them on a greased or greaseproof baking tray.

Cut the apples into thin slices about 3 millimeters thick.

Spread the jam evenly over each dough rectangle and arrange the apple segments atop the hole.

Place a few thin honeycomb slices on the apples and sprinkle with the jam.

Finally, place in a hot oven at 200ºC for approximately 25 to 30 minutes.
